About Us

Quality Coordination Office's primary goal is to create a culture of quality across our university and to make quality improvement efforts an integral part of the institutional culture. Our department conducts its activities within the framework of the Higher Education Quality Assurance and Turkish Higher Education Quality Council  Regulations, as well as the Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Quality Commission Working Procedures and Principles.

Quality Coordination Office's is responsible for ensuring communication and coordination between university's Quality Commission and its departments in planning, implementing, monitoring, and taking measures to improve the functioning of the quality processes across all units and activities of the university. In this regard, it has been established as the operational unit of Quality Commission.

The areas of responsibility of Quality Coordination Office are as follows:

• Coordinating the activities of the Quality Commission
• Making meeting invitations upon the request of the Commission President and on specified dates
• Monitoring the activities conducted across the university on behalf of the Quality Commission and presenting them to the public through website and other channels
• Uploading the Institutional Internal Evaluation Reports prepared by the Quality Commission to the system
• Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of the Program Guide
• Coordinating the program self-assessment and peer review activities
• Organizing external evaluation and accreditation processes
• Monitoring other quality-related activities at our university
