  • CURRICULUM GUIDE

General Information

Since the fall semester of 2019-2020, a unique practice that goes beyond the Bologna process in the context of ensuring quality assurance in education has been implemented in our university, and a Program Guide has been implemented in all associate and undergraduate programs. With this application, each program that receives students prepares a Program Guide that includes general information about the program, academic calendar, information about student advisors and lecturers, program competencies, course plans and weekly course schedules. In the lesson plans, the topics covered each week and the outcomes to be achieved are written. In this way, it is easier to monitor the outcomes planned to be achieved in each program of the University and quality assurance can be ensured. Another innovation brought by the program guide application is that sample exam questions are shared with students before the semester begins and exam questions and answers are shared after the exams. In this way, a more transparent and fair process has been created in measurement and evaluation. Again, it has been made compulsory for our lecturers to share their lecture notes with the students in accordance with the Program Guide application.
